Owner
Brenda Sloan is the dedicated owner of 1st Step Early Learning Center, bringing over 30 years of experience in Early Childhood Education. Since 2009, she has been serving children with a deep commitment to nurturing growth and learning. Brenda holds a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and recently completed the "2025 Together for Children" continuing education program, further demonstrating her passion for lifelong learning and excellence in care.
Outside of her professional role, Brenda is an enthusiastic traveler with a special love for exploring Europe. A proud mother of three and grandmother of five, Brenda enjoys spending quality time with her family and cheering on her favorite football teams whenever she gets the chance.
